Zilis and Musk requested a name change for both of their children in a court document dated May, requesting that "the children's last name be their father's, and for their mother's last name to be contained in their middle name." A Travis County, Texas, court record obtained by CNN Business reveals that the petition was submitted in April 2022 and received in May.
